1) Shipping
The prices are related to these general conditions of sale. Anversa.com reserves the right to change the price list without notice.
2) Online orders
All orders made by Anversa.com are ruled according to the Italian Legislative Decree n. 185 dated 22nd May 1999 concerning the consumers’ protection for remote agreements and according to the Italian Legislative Decree n. 70 dated 09th April 2003, relating to the e-commerce.
All products shown on our web site can be purchased till when stocks are finished.
You can choose the delivery place that is the most convenient for you: by your house, by your office or by another person.
3) Disclaim of responsibilities
Anversa.com aims to work as much precisely as possible, anyway it might come up against technical imprecision or/and typographic mistakes.

4) Restitutions
Restitutions are regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005. The right shall be regulated by law if the customer (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) has right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason.

5) Withdrawal
Notwithstanding any repair costs for damages assessed to the original packaging, Anversa will reimburse the Client the full amount already paid as quickly as possible but no later than 30 days after receipt of notice of withdrawal. Under the law (Legislative Decree no. 206/05), postage for the return of the asset are charged to the customer, these relate to the refund of the product and not the first expedition carried out by previously will be refunded. 6) Right of withdrawal

12) Jurisdiction and Venue
The sales contract between the customer and Anversa is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. 13) Terms of Purchase
